For outpatient services: We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, Qualchoice, Arkansas Municipal League.

Intensives are not covered by insurance as intensives are not a billable service to insurance companies.

Fees are $185 an hour for our outpatient services. Your first onboarding session is $195

An established client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hours notice will be considered a No Show and charged a $185 fee.

A custom intensive provides a tailored therapy experience designed to cover months worth of outpatient therapy sessions in a concentrated multi-day package. This allows individuals, or multiple participants, to set aside distractions to take the time to address the issues at hand.

We strongly recommend a 3 day minimum to ensure there is ample time to cover the therapeutic ground needed to maximize your experience and be most effective.

In order to schedule an intensive, one-third of fee will be due at time of scheduling. The remainder of full fee will be due 5 business days prior to start of intensive. Cancellation of scheduled intensive must occur 7 business days prior to the intensive for any paid fees to be refunded.

We do require a three day minimum for our intensive program. If you would like to add additional days to your intensive, this can be arranged with our team. Please contact Vine + Root regarding the customization options of your intensive.
