The IT Technician provides essential technical support and infrastructure management across the various entities of Capstone Wellness. This role is critical in ensuring operational continuity by maintaining high-performance workstations, managing user lifecycles, and delivering responsive technical assistance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technology and end-user needs, fostering a streamlined digital environment for our clinical and administrative teams.
Essential Job Functions
- Technical Support & Documentation: Deliver timely, professional hardware and software support to all employees. Champion the use of the IT ticketing system to ensure accurate documentation and resolution tracking.
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic security protocols. Perform routine updates, maintenance, and repairs on the company’s fleet of laptops.
- Onboarding & Training: Facilitate technology onboarding for new hires and provide ongoing training on core platforms, including KIPU, Microsoft Teams, and hardware operations.
- Infrastructure & Hardware: Install and maintain physical tech assets, including camera systems (connectivity, positioning, and repair) and cable management (installation, organization, and inspection).
- Special Projects & Events: Collaborate daily with the Information Systems Director on critical projects. Lead the coordination and setup of technology for high-priority events, such as “Big Monday” during Family Week.
- Asset Management: Maintain a meticulous inventory of all equipment, ensuring items are organized, securely stored, and ready for deployment.

Operational Excellence: Maintain the daily facility schedule, manage weekly meal planning/nutrition, and oversee client vocational duties for internal and external partners.
Safety & Fitness: Lead safe, productive workouts and maintain a secure environment through constant vigilance and adherence to safety protocols.
Adventure Leadership: Serve as the “Primary” lead for off-site adventures by maintaining peak physical readiness and navigating aquatic environments.
Client Mentorship: Build authentic relational connections while teaching essential life skills and providing unbiased care to a diverse population.
Professional Communication: Document all client progress and medication administration (KIPU) with clinical accuracy and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
Certifications: Must possess (or obtain) Lifeguard, Boater’s Education, CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.

Capstone provides and pays for the following trainings and certifications; CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist), CPTSS Training (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Symptoms), Safe and Sound Protocol (Polyvagal Theory), EMDR 1 and 2 (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Brainspotting Phase I & II.
In addition, Capstone provides and pays for onsite supervision in the attainment of licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and/or an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
We are seeking motivated support staff to work with our clients during day shift, or night shift. This position plays a vital role in ensuring boundaries, respect and accountability are maintained in a Christ-Centered environment.
Staff Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for ensuring safety, care, and well being of clients residing at Capstone
Supervising canine training and encouraging canine care

Position Overview: The Director of Accounting is responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer with the accounting functionalities for all of Capstone Wellness. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records and provides leadership and hands on management of general ledger operations, financial reporting, payroll recognition, and other key accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and analytical professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to lead an accounting team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
– Monthly bank reconciliations completed within the first week of the month.
– General ledger closed monthly within first week of the subsequent month.
– Petty Cash reconciliation prepared monthly within first week of subsequent month.
– Monthly budget variance reports are completed and reviewed with the CFO.
– Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
– Manage insurance reimbursement processes and related revenue recognition and reconciliations.
– Prepare and analyze key financial reports and metrics to support business decision-making.
– Partner with the CFO to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax preparers, and regulatory agencies.
– Oversee accounts receivable operations
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required); CPA or Master’s degree (preferred).
– Proven experience managing full-cycle accounting operations.

Position Overview: The Dietary Service Assistant works with the Dietary Supervisor, to ensure that all meals are timely, Weekly Inventory is conducted, and the menu plan is followed. A menu plan with Nutritional requirements is followed to ensure that 3 meals per day are provided 365 days per year.
