MAKING A DIFFERENCE THAT LASTS

Capstone Treatment Center is looking for talented therapists to join our team for a four-year paid Training Fellowship, offering significant benefits and training that will put you in the top one percent of therapists.

Capstone provides and pays for the following trainings and certifications; CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist), CPTSS Training (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Symptoms), Safe and Sound Protocol (Polyvagal Theory), EMDR 1 and 2 (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Brainspotting Phase I & II.

In addition, Capstone provides and pays for onsite supervision in the attainment of licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and/or an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

We are seeking motivated support staff to work with our clients during day shift, or night shift. This position plays a vital role in ensuring boundaries, respect and accountability are maintained in a Christ-Centered environment.

Staff Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for ensuring safety, care, and well being of clients residing at Capstone

Supervising canine training and encouraging canine care

Must have the ability to multitask while maintaining order and carrying out activities as scheduled

Participation and interaction with clients throughout their daily schedule. (Free time, Lunch/Dinner, Groups and workouts) will be required

Required to stay awake and alert for duration of shift

Teach and train clients in adventure day activities

We are seeking motivated support staff to work with our clients during day shift, or night shift. This position plays a vital role in ensuring boundaries, respect and accountability are maintained in a Christ-Centered environment.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The primary duty of night staff is to ensure the safety, care, and wellbeing of every client that has admitted to Capstone. The ability to maintain order and keep the schedule flowing throughout the nights will provide consistency to our cliental. The night staff play a vital role in our program, one that ensures that boundaries, respect, and accountability are maintained in a Christ-centered environment.              

SHIFT OPTIONS:

Weekends (required)

Monday – Sunday

JOB TYPE:

Part-time (30 hours)

Leadership training

Meals provided during shift

Full-time (40 hours)

In addition to part-time benefits;

Insurance Benefits.

Paid Vacation Time.

401k Match after 1 year of service.

SALARY:

$15 per hour

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

CPR, First Aid, AED, CPI
*Training will be provided for those currently needing these qualifications.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Being present and engaged with client population.

Reporting infractions and critical incidents to appropriate staff

Facilitating events as scheduled and adapting, as necessary.

Closing the kitchen and mess hall after dinner

Completing tasks and requests made by Full-Time Nightmen and/or Supervisors.

Ability to follow medication and emergency protocol

Facilitate group activities and spiritual groups.

Maintain a clean, well-organized campus; facilitate a safe and secure working environment for both clients and staff.

Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, Employee Handbook, and company communications; ensure employee compliance.

Complete all paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

Effective interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Good organization skills with attention to detail.

Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

Required to have a high school diploma or equivalent.

College degree or working towards.

Position Overview: The Director of Accounting is responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer with the accounting functionalities for all of Capstone Wellness. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records and provides leadership and hands on management of general ledger operations, financial reporting, payroll recognition, and other key accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and analytical professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to lead an accounting team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Position Overview: The Dietary Service Assistant works with the Dietary Supervisor, to ensure that all meals are timely, Weekly Inventory is conducted, and the menu plan is followed. A menu plan with Nutritional requirements is followed to ensure that 3 meals per day are provided 365 days per year.

Essential Job Functions: A Dietary Service Assistant may have requirements and responsibilities that include but are not limited to…

– Preparation of meals.

– Maintain and manage food inventory.

– Receiving and Stocking of all food needed for Capstone.

– Communicates Needs to improve Dining services to meet program objectives.

– Clean Dining Hall Facility.

– Maintaining a sanitary work environment.

– Practices preventative measures to control addition of pathogens, chemicals, and physical objects in food.

– Manages Inventory for all Cleaning Supplies and Paper Products.

Non-essential Job Functions

– Assists all Lunch Prep for Off Campus.

– Track lunch Sign-ups.

Requirements

– Dietary experience Preferred.

– Knowledgeable in Dept. of Health Standards.
